By using NakalBoard, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. Overview of the Platform
NakalBoard is a digital business tool designed to connect participants in the logistics and construction industries. The Platform enables users to find, post, and manage loads, transportation services, and equipment rentals. NakalBoard does not mediate financial transactions between users and is not a party to any service agreement formed between them.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By registering, you represent that:
● You are authorized to use the Platform on behalf of yourself or a business entity.
● If you are a logistics provider, you have a registered business license and have uploaded all required documentation.
● You will provide accurate and complete information during registration and use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false, incomplete, or misleading information.
3. User Categories
The Platform supports multiple user types, including but not limited to:
● Shippers
● Carriers
● Dispatchers
● Brokers
● Truck drivers
● Equipment owners and renters
● Construction companies
● Individuals seeking construction transportation or rentals Each user agrees to operate professionally and in accordance with these Terms.
4. Monetization and Fees
The Platform is currently free to use. However:
● Logistics users may be subject to subscription-based pricing in the future.
● Construction-side users may purchase listing packages to post equipment or services for set durations.
● Payment processing methods (internal or third-party) will be communicated clearly before any charges are introduced. We reserve the right to modify pricing structures at any time with advance notice.
5. Account Security and
Access Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree not to:
● Share your login credentials with others ● Impersonate another user or company
● Use another user’s account without authorization Any suspicious or unauthorized activity must be reported
immediately.
6. Platform Conduct and Restrictions
By using the Platform, you agree not to:

● Circumvent any access controls or attempt to interfere with system functionality
● Post offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
● Misuse the Platform for personal gain outside of its intended business context
● Attempt to process payments through the Platform without authorization We reserve the right to investigate and remove any user, listing, or account that violates these Terms or applicable law.
7. Communication and Verification
To promote secure interaction, NakalBoard:
● Requires documentation for user verification (e.g., business licenses, identity verification)
● Provides encrypted, in-app messaging to prevent fraud or interception
● Prohibits unauthorized access to user communications Verification may include automated checks and manual review. We may limit access to certain features if verification is incomplete or fails.
8. No Financial Involvement
NakalBoard does not process or facilitate financial transactions between users. Any service agreements, payments, or disputes must be handled externally by the parties involved. We provide business tools only, including messaging, scheduling, invoicing templates, and purchase order generation. These are for user convenience and not legally binding contracts unless separately agreed upon by the parties.
9. Dispute Resolution Between Users
NakalBoard is not responsible for disputes between users, including:
● Delivery issues
● Payment disagreements
● Service fulfillment complaints We may, at our sole discretion, offer optional guidance or platform-level support in certain cases, but we are not obligated to do so and assume no liability for user-to-user interactions or outcomes.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including logos, trademarks, software, and design elements, is the exclusive property of NakalBoard or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission. User-generated content remains your property, but by posting it on the Platform, you grant NakalBoard a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to display and use that content for platform-related purposes.
11. Data Use and Privacy

12. Limitation of Liability

● Accuracy of listings
● Quality or success of business outcomes
● Platform uptime or uninterrupted access Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you:
● Violate these Terms
● Engage in fraud or misuse
● Pose a risk to other users or the integrity of the Platform You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in that state. When NakalBoard becomes independently registered in the Middle East, these Terms may be updated to reflect a new governing jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes via email, in-app notifications, or platform banners. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
